Medical Spa Show 2027 runs April 15 to 18 at Wynn Las Vegas, with the expo on April 16 and 17. The 2026 show was held April 9 to 12 at the same resort, and its exhibit hall sold out with more than 200 exhibitors. Your package sets how much you need to bring for a Medical Spa Show trade show booth, because the two smaller sizes come furnished and the three larger ones are sold as raw space.
Booth packages for 2027
Trifecta Collective acquired the Medical Spa Show from the American Med Spa Association (AmSpa) on October 6, 2026, and AmSpa continues to support the event. The show sells five booth packages for 2027, and rates went up on November 1, 2026. The 10×10 comes with one 6-foot table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and two registrations. The 10×20 includes two 6-foot tables, four chairs, a wastebasket, and four registrations.
The 20×20, 20×30, and 20×40 are sold as raw space and come with 6, 9, and 11 registrations. On those sizes the 2027 packages list no furniture, so the booth, its furniture, and any demo area or treatment room are yours to bring. AmSpa’s coverage of past shows describes exhibitors running hands-on demos and treatment-room showcases, in product categories that include injectables, energy-based devices, medical-grade skincare, and hair restoration.
AmSpa reports that owners make up 51% of the audience, which comes from 49 states and 11 countries or territories. California, Texas, Florida, Illinois, and New York are the top markets.
Ceiling heights at Wynn Las Vegas
Wynn’s ceilings are 28 feet in the Cristal Ballroom, 24 feet in the Lafite and Latour Ballrooms, and 18 feet in the Event Pavilion, which is 10 feet lower than the Cristal Ballroom. The Cristal Ballroom covers 83,187 square feet and holds 416 10×10 exhibits, Lafite holds 251, and Latour holds 127. The show has not said which of these rooms holds the 2027 expo. The expo hall is in the same building as the education sessions.
Freeman was the general service contractor (GSC) for the 2025 show and published its exhibitor kit for materials, shipping, and move-in and move-out.
