ICSC Las Vegas 2026 was held May 18 to 20. ICSC Las Vegas 2027 takes place May 24 to 26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), with exhibits in Central Hall, South Hall Upper, and South Hall Lower. Exhibitors can check their booth location on the official ICSC Las Vegas 2027 floor plan. For an ICSC Las Vegas trade show booth, the number to plan around is 18 feet, the limit for islands of 400 square feet or more in ICSC’s 2025 design rules.

ICSC booth height limits

Peninsulas can also reach 18 feet under those rules. On a peninsula, double-sided signs, logos, and graphics must be set back 10 feet from the adjacent booths. Smaller islands and inline booths stop at 10 feet, and perimeter booths can take a 12-foot back wall. A 20×20 island, at exactly 400 square feet, qualifies.

Central Hall ceilings run from 25 to 35 feet and South Hall ceilings from 25 to 30 feet. Even the lowest clears an 18-foot booth by 7 feet.

The same rules allow a double-deck only on booths of 400 square feet or more. The upper deck can cover no more than 40 percent of your space, must stay within 18 feet including signage, and needs ICSC show management approval. At the LVCC, an occupied upper deck also needs a Nevada engineer’s stamp. ICSC’s 2025 rules also require booths of 400 square feet or more to submit a design for approval, say canopies should not drop below 7 feet within 5 feet of an aisle, and require non-island booths to leave 9 inches clear behind the booth line.

Under ICSC’s previously published Leasing Mall design rules, exhibit structures must be ground-supported, and hanging signs are not permitted except for sponsorship banners ordered through ICSC. The 2026 GES exhibitor kit stated that hanging signs were not permitted unless ordered through ICSC show management. Balloons are not permitted either. Exhibitors should confirm the applicable 2027 requirements before finalizing their design.

2027 space rates

Through January 11, 2027, raw space costs $18.25 per square foot for members and $36.50 for non-members. After that, members pay $26.00 and non-members $52.00 through May 21, 2027. For a 20×20 island, that’s $7,300 at the member advance rate and $20,800 at the non-member standard rate. Space comes with carpet and 8-foot white stretched fabric walls, though island booths get no walls.

GES and outside contractors

GES was the general service contractor (GSC) for the 2026 show, and that year exhibitors could use an exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) for installation and dismantle (I&D) after filing GES’s Notice of Intent, EAC agreement, and certificate of insurance. The LVCC also requires an annual EAC permit and minimum insurance.
