Last checked: October 2026
Money20/20 USA 2026 ran October 18 to 21 at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The 2027 edition runs October 19 to 21, with the show floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and evening events at Resorts World. If you’re planning a Money20/20 trade show booth, the 2022 show rules capped space-only booths at 16 feet, hanging signs included.
Height limits and hanging signs
For preliminary booth planning at Money20/20 USA 2027, we suggest a height range of 16–20 feet, depending on booth configuration and show requirements. A design that can scale down to the 16-foot cap in the 2022 rules avoids rework. Final permitted heights should be confirmed with the organizer before production.
Under those 2022 rules, anything you built inside a standard booth had to stay within 8 feet. Hanging signs were allowed only over booths of 400 square feet (20×20) or larger. A sign could be no longer than the shortest side of the booth space, could not extend over the aisle, and had to top out at 16 feet or lower.
A 20×30 space-only booth could fly a sign up to 20 feet long. A 10×20 booth, at 200 square feet, could not fly one. Double-deck booths also needed Money20/20’s pre-approval in 2022.
Money20/20 hasn’t published which LVCC halls the 2027 show will use. As building figures, LVCC hall ceilings run from 25 feet in Central Halls 1 and 2 and parts of South Hall to 42 feet in West Hall, most hall floors carry 450 pounds per square foot, and South Halls 3 and 4 carry 300.
Contractor and booth plan rules
Under Money20/20’s 2022 rules, if you hired an exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) other than the show’s approved contractors, you needed an EAC form before arrival. At the LVCC, EACs must obtain an annual $250 permit, a Clark County business license, and insurance coverage meeting the venue’s requirements, including $2 million in general liability and $1 million each in automobile liability and Nevada workers’ compensation coverage. Additional show-specific requirements may apply.
The LVCC requires CAD drawings for covered booths over 300 square feet, single-level booths over 1,000 square feet, and all multilevel booths. An occupied upper deck needs a Nevada engineer’s stamp, and final rigging plans with point loads are due 14 days before the first move-in day.
